PRIVACY / A CLEAR PICTURE

Clear about
the details.

Privacy and browser storage information for the public LEMON development website.

01 / WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

A person you can contact.

Giacomo Zenobi is the controller for personal data processed to operate lemonrt.com and respond to enquiries. Contact: [email protected].

This is an informational website about software in development. There are no visitor accounts, sign-up forms, downloads, payments or donation facilities. No advertising, visitor analytics or embedded third-party media is enabled for this website.

02 / WEBSITE DELIVERY AND SECURITY

Making the pages available.

When you visit, technical information such as your IP address, browser information, request time, requested address and response information is processed to deliver the pages, maintain availability and prevent abuse. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This technical processing is necessary to receive the website.

The website uses Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare’s delivery and security network. Cloudflare acts as a processor for Customer Logs and content processed on the controller’s behalf, and as a controller for certain other information described in its Privacy Policy ↗. Processing on our behalf is governed by Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum ↗.

03 / BROWSER STORAGE

A small preference. A quieter page.

The ambience control uses sessionStorage named lemon-ambience to remember whether decorative movement is paused. This technical preference remains in your browser for the page session, normally until the tab or window closes. It is not a visitor identifier and is not sent to the controller as a preference record.

Cloudflare security protections may use strictly necessary browser storage when a security check is required. Its cookie documentation ↗ explains those mechanisms. The site does not use storage for advertising or behavioural profiling. No optional analytics or advertising storage is enabled.

04 / IF YOU EMAIL

A conversation you choose.

If you email the project, your address, message and associated information are used to read and respond to your enquiry, based on the legitimate interest in handling correspondence. Providing this information is optional; without a return address the project cannot reply. Information necessary to handle a legal rights request may also be processed to meet legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Messages are handled using Gmail, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy ↗. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry.

05 / RETENTION AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Only as long as needed.

Technical data is retained according to the applicable service settings and the time needed for delivery, security, incident investigation and legal obligations. Cloudflare’s policies and DPA explain its retention criteria. The project does not maintain a separate visitor analytics database or export routine visitor logs.

Correspondence is kept while needed to handle the enquiry and related follow-up, disputes or legal obligations. It is reviewed and deleted when those purposes no longer require it.

Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, including in the United States. Their published safeguards include applicable adequacy frameworks and standard contractual clauses. Details are available in Cloudflare’s policy ↗ and Google’s transfer information ↗; you may also contact the controller about the safeguards applicable to your data.

06 / YOUR RIGHTS

Stay in control of your information.

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where its legal conditions apply. Contact [email protected]. There is no automated decision-making or profiling by the project.

You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority ↗ or another competent supervisory authority.

External links lead to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices. This notice covers the public website at lemonrt.com and www.lemonrt.com. The owner’s private working preview on ChatGPT Sites uses separate hosting and ChatGPT sign-in, described in OpenAI’s Privacy Policy ↗.

ABOUT THE IMAGERY

Ideas for the image.
Honest about the source.

AI-generated concept imagery. Not rendered with LEMON. These visuals do not demonstrate the product's current capabilities or final output quality. The optical sculpture, architecture and chair studies are illustrations, not Rhino screenshots.

The chair keyframes have approximate alignment. Comparisons illustrate materials and lighting; they are not ray tracing or DLSS benchmarks. The decorative surface and particles are original web effects.

Product demonstrations will use real Rhino scenes and output from validated LEMON builds.
